Cameron's family moved from Jamaica, having little money - his 'momma' was a seamstress and would sell door to door in order to provide for her family. "Might the mantle be passed down to me now" he finds himself here in London studying womenswear fashion at the prestigious Central Saint Martins. Jukes own words state: "What a roaring city, yet such legacy and heritage I feel grounded, and the intrinsic drive I’ve felt since I can remember reminds me of why I am here. I have a saying: if I’m not the hardest worker why am I deserving of such. A lot of my time is spent uncovering my own curiosities whether that be through reading or visiting places that bring me interest." A regular 'gym-goer' Cameron finds the relief of exercise revitalises his mind. Leaving us with a line from his Nan "people are always in the process of becoming, hence I feel not reluctant and anxious but provoked to evolve and eager for the future."
