Luke Fetherston is a British actor who’s career began on the West End. He completed his professional drama training in West London at Arts Educational and built a diverse stage career featuring in Cabaret and Wonder.land directed by the legendary Rufus Norris as well as further performances in prestigious theatres including the Menier Chocolate Factory and Chichester Festival. Luke shifted his theatre career into television and film to pursue a broader variety of roles. In 2015 he made his debut in the crime drama musical, London Road and sci-fi drama, Humans. However, Luke is currently most recognised for his roles as Joel Foxworth in Flowers in the Attic: Origin and Adam in Still Up.
Luke not only gained recognition for his performance in Flowers in the Attic, he was also recognised for his courage to openly communicate the discretion of the LGBTQ+ community at a time where the UK government had dropped plans to implement the ban on conversion therapy practices.
Post theatre, his choreograph expertise has enabled opportunities within production roles. In 2019, Luke acquired the role as associate choreographer in the feature film, Judy. Based around the late Judy Garland where Luke worked as Renee Zellweger’s personal movement advisor.
The London based actor has now established himself as “the man of the of the moment and Hollywood’s new generation of boundary breakers” - Interview+. Working with US & UK networks such as Apple TV, The CW, BBC, ITV and Paramount+.
Luke’s projection for this year is to be his most successful featuring in Channel 4’s limited series, Big Mood, set to release in 2024 as well as an upcoming project written by Nikita Lalwani.
